Oooh! I have been dying to try out my sylicone pumpkin shaped cupcake pan for EVER! When I saw this scrumptious recipe for "Pumpkin Cranberry Bread", I knew I had to make some!
I used this delicious recipe from "Libby's" canned pumpkin and traded out the cranberries for raisins. I think I will use cranberries and make it again next month for Thanksgiving. I also think these would be PERFECT with a yummy cream cheese icing!
