Review: Cathletics Craft Kits

As a Catholic mom of three boys, I am always on the lookout for innovative new ways to teach my boys about our Faith. One way is through games. At the Arma Dei Shoppe, parents, homeschoolers, and religious education teachers can download and print many different games that hold children's interest and teach them about this beautiful Catholic faith.

I was ecstatic when offered the opportunity to review one of the Cathletics Craft Kits with my boys. I chose the Catholic Lingo Bingo game because my boys love to play Bingo. The black and white printable game cards had pictures of everything located inside a typical Catholic church from  a paschal candle to a thurible. With 15 distinct cards available to print, this game is perfect for a large family or religious education class.

As I mentioned earlier, my boys love to play Bingo so I thought this would be a great way to teach them some "Catholic Vocabulary" while playing a game together. When the caller names the item and then the child has to find that item on his or her card, this reinforces the vocabulary word. Many of the words included are ones that some grown ups can probably benefit from learning, so this game is great for all ages.

I recommend that all religious education teachers and directors check out the Arma Dei Shoppe for descriptions and ordering all of the Cathletics Craft Kits. If you are a parent who is taking seriously the call to equip our children in the Catholic faith, head over to the shop and blog for family and faith activities and traditions, free printables, and Catholic Link Ups!

The Arma Dei Shoppe offered this product to me free of charge in exchange for my honest review.

Thanks for stopping by!
